Conclusions from my 65 mile ride
You may have realized that I said we would ride the 62 miler. Somehow it ended up being 65.
Here is the "so what":
I am 34 years old. I weigh 250 lbs. I started riding 1 year and 3 months ago.
I completed a 65 mile ride in under 4 hours which was around a 17 mph average. I burned 4,973 calories.
I am 100 lbs heavier than the average cyclist and I just shattered any goals I had set for myself at the begining of the year.
